Our projects

The site visit to conduct an organic waste assessment to the Shopping Mall was granted by the Centre Management. The audit focus was on understanding the requirements and the tenant’s willingness to separate organic waste on–site as well as estimating the volume that organic waste  contributes to the General Waste. For this data we assessed the 9 Cafes and Eateries in the centre. The assessment consisted of evaluating the tenants waste management practices under the Café and Eateries category, observing the operations’ input and output material.

Recommendations for resource efficiency interventions to be implemented at the Cafes and Eateries and in the dedicated waste area, where separation is carried out, were proposed and accepted by the centre management.
