Our projects

OWE was commissioned by Myezo Environmental Management Services (Pty) Ltd to undertake a gap analysis and review of the current Environmental Strategy at Dube TradePort Corporation (DTPC), with particular emphasis on the potential effective management and beneficiation of organic waste stream(s).

The outcome  addressed DTPC aspirations in the development of an effective environmental strategy, to be adopted into practical plans and procedures for implementation in the daily business operations. Further, the secondary outcome established, the context of the environmental strategy, the identified organic waste stream(s) may potentially be used in a proposed circular economy, with the view of converting “scope 3 category 5” into renewable energy to help achieve “scope 2” carbon emission goals.
